Paint and exterior
Two-tone paint on most, with white over a bright color split at the beltline. That line runs the length of the van, so it is washed and dried carefully along its edge. The roof is very high and flat and needs a ladder.
Interior
Three rows in the US version, light and colorful synthetic upholstery, and lots of open storage on a flat floor. Sliding doors on both sides have tracks that trap grit.
Living in Houston
A Buzz is usually a family car or a weekend van for trips to the coast. Sand and salt air from Galveston settle in the door tracks and on the lower panels.
