No. We bring a water tank, a pressure washer and power for everything. You only need a space to park beside the vehicle.

A driveway, a garage, an office parking lot or an apartment space are all fine. Some HOAs and apartment complexes restrict washing, so check if you are unsure and we can work in a different spot.

Interiors and shop work carry on. For exteriors we will call the morning of and move you to the next dry slot, no charge.

A deposit through Square reserves your appointment and is applied toward your final total. The balance is paid on the day, after you have walked around the car with us.

Two to four days is usual. Coating and correction slots at the shop book a week or two out.

Exterior about an hour and a half, interior about two, full detail three to four. Coatings and correction are half a day to two days. We confirm the window on the call.

Yes. Full-size trucks and three-row SUVs are the largest size class on the price list. Sprinters and work vans are quoted individually.

Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, west Houston, The Woodlands and Conroe. Further out is fine with a small travel fee.

Yes. HZ Details LLC is insured for mobile detailing work on your property.

The standard coating is rated for two years. The professional-grade coating applied after paint correction is rated five to seven years. Both are registered for warranty.

Swirls, light scratches and water spots that are in the clear coat are polished out with paint correction. A scratch you can catch with a fingernail is through the clear coat and needs touch-up or a body shop; we will tell you honestly on the test spot.

Yes. Coated cars can book a monthly maintenance wash at a lower rate so the coating is always looked after with the right products.
