What interior detail includes
The interior detail is a full reset of the cabin. Seats come out of the way where they can, every crevice is blown out and vacuumed, and each material gets its own product: leather is cleaned and conditioned, plastics and vinyl are cleaned and dressed with a matte finish (no greasy shine), fabric is spot-treated, and glass is cleaned inside without streaks. Vents, cupholders, seat rails, door pockets and the trunk are all included. Deep shampoo extraction and pet hair removal are add-ons because they depend on the condition of the car; we quote them on the call once he knows what he is walking into.

Do you shampoo the seats?
Shampoo extraction is an add-on so it is only charged when the car needs it. We quote it on the call.
Can you get rid of the smell?
Light odors are neutralised in every interior detail. Smoke and heavy pet odor need extraction and sometimes an ozone treatment, quoted separately.
Do I need to empty the car?
Please remove personal items and child seats if you can. Anything left is worked around carefully.
