Jeep Renegade detailing in Houston
The Renegade is the boxy, small Jeep built in Italy, with removable roof panels on some and hidden Jeep logos all over.
Paint and interior on the Renegade
Paint and exterior
Upright panels and a flat roof that collects pollen and leaves. Some have the removable My Sky roof panels, and their seals and drains need cleaning; X-shaped taillights hold dirt in their recesses.
Interior
Small, upright cabin with cloth or leather and lots of textured plastic around the grab handle and console. The tiny Easter egg graphics molded into trim pieces trap dust that a soft detailing brush lifts out, and the cloth stains easily.
Living in Houston
A Renegade parked under live oaks in the Heights or Rice Village collects pollen strings in spring and sap on the flat roof; the My Sky seals need clearing after storms.
- Removable roof panels or soft top: drains and seals are cleaned, and soft tops and vinyl windows get their own cleaner.
- Unpainted textured trim: it fades grey in the sun, so it is cleaned and dressed with a matte UV protectant.
- Cloth seats on many trims: spot-treated in every interior detail, with shampoo extraction as an add-on when they need it.
What a Renegade costs to detail
The Renegade is priced as mid suv / small truck. Prices are by vehicle size and assume normal condition. Heavy pet hair, sand, mold, smoke or neglected paint is quoted on the call, before anything is booked. No surprises on the day.
